Transformative Trainings (TT):
We believe that research and social transformation go hand in hand. Through our transformative training program, we develop curriculum and lead workshops based upon research on racial and gender disparities, including transformative and restorative justice.

Design
We will conduct research with you and/or co-develop a research plan, with relevant questions and methods, that will help you to collect the most useful data for your needs.
Research
Method
We facilitate dynamic trainings communities and create different research methods including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Data
Analysis
We train organizations and community members how to analyze their data, look for themes, develop coherent and useful arguments, and if applicable, identify solutions or policy recommendations.
Race &
Gender
We tailor curriculum and facilitate workshops on racial and gender disparities, including ways that organizations and communities can educate and organize their peers to change the conditions that make these inequalities possible.
